Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 28, 2026
Atlas Onsite, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Atlas Onsite”) operates the Atlas Onsite platform at atlasonsite.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, business type, and phone number (optional). If you are invited by another user, we collect the email address used to send the invitation.
Business data you enter
You and your team enter data while using the platform, including client records, contacts, properties, communities, jobs, visits, service details, invoices, payments, time cards, notes, form responses, and attachments (photos, documents). This data belongs to you.
Photos and location data
When field technicians upload photos through the platform, we store the image and any embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates if the device provides them. GPS data is used for proof-of-work documentation and is only visible to users within your organization.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to maintain the service, diagnose issues, and understand how the platform is used in aggregate.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Atlas Onsite platform
- Send transactional emails (invitations, password resets, invoice delivery, scheduled job notifications)
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls
- Process form photos through document extraction services
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns (we do not use your business data for this purpose)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security enforcing tenant isolation.
- Google Cloud Platform — Document AI (optical character recognition for form photos) and Cloud Storage (attachment hosting).
- MailerSend — Transactional email delivery (invitations, password resets, invoice emails).
- Render — Application hosting.
Each provider processes data only as necessary to provide its service and is subject to its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
4. Data Isolation
Atlas Onsite is a multi-tenant platform. Your organization's data is isolated from other organizations using row-level security policies enforced at the database level. Users within your organization can only access data belonging to your tenant. Administrators control which users have access and what roles they hold.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 90 days so you can export it or reactivate. After 90 days, we may delete your data. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting support@atlasonsite.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your business data (we will provide it in a standard format upon request)
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@atlasonsite.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted data at rest, row-level security for tenant isolation, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children's Privacy
Atlas Onsite is a business tool and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
